I was featured this week in a story by the MSU College of Arts and Letters, Understanding the Language of Change Through Linguistics. (It was also published in the university’s daily news publication, MSU Today, but the College version is more colorful, and includes pictures of me and students in the lab.) It’s a little introduction to the study of language change and its social motivations, with a paragraph or two about the lab’s work on sound change in Michigan.
